E. Spitler, an

He has personally been involved in entrepreneurial ventures
and continues to help others develop theirs ventures.
Mr.
Spitler’s
financial management background is the foundation by which
he guides his clients’ master plans
to a successful conclusion. He has been the Chief Financial
Officer of several manufacturing and administrative business
operations over his career. Mr. Spitler has developed a vast
network of professional business people who come together
to handle most any business situation. Mr. Spitler's talents

Dave
Kaverman is
an entrepreneur having vast experience in owning and
managing a large retail franchised business in
the Fort Wayne area. His private business management
experience relates directly to the clients Anthony
Wayne Business Exchange serves. Dave’s marketing
consulting service background prepared him well
for his duties with the firm providing professional
marketing service to his clients. Early in
his career Kaverman held a senior management position
with one of the world’s largest computer
equipment manufacturers. Having been responsible
for new product development and market introduction,
Dave has a depth of business experience that allows
him to quick study business owner’s operations
in order to satisfy their succession business needs and
recommend solutions available through AWBE.
Ed
Roehling is
a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker. He is President
of Roehling Broadcast Services, Limited, a broadcast brokerage,
appraisal and consulting company which has sold and consulted
with over 90 broadcast properties in Indiana and the Midwest
since 1988. He is also on the board of Hoosier Broadcasting
and is active with them as their Vice President of Development.
Roehling
built, developed and was the CEO of 3 commercial broadcast
stations in Columbus, Rushville and Winchester, Indiana.
During the past 20 years he developed the University of
Indianapolis Public Radio Station WICR, as its general
manager, and served as an assistant professor in the communication
department at the university. He has taught strategic and
service marketing courses in the MBA program for the university.
Joe
DiGregory has
over 27 years sales experience working with manufacturing,
industrial, distribution, foodservice, retail agriculture,
healthcare and government operations. This broad background
has prepared Joe in completing professional marketing service
